Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are personal-care items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for opened items (for hygiene and safety).

That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item is missing

  • The product is defective on arrival

How to request support

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos (outer packaging + product)

Outcome

  • We’ll assess and either reship a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

  • Where applicable, refunds are processed after confirmation and may take a few business days to reflect depending on the payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

Change of mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or items that have been opened/used.
